Do I need childcare to attend the antenatal course?
Nope! Our antenatal courses in Walthamstow are built with second-time parents in mind. After an online session together, you’ll attend in-person sessions split between birthing and non-birthing parents – so one of you can stay home while the other joins the class.

  • Labour and birth refresher

  • What’s different with your second baby

  • Preparing your older child for their new role

  • Navigating solo parenting and routine changes

  • Strengthening support systems and couple communication

When should I start the Antenatal Classes?

Check our Antenatal Course headlines for the specific due date months each course is suitable for. We recommend booking as soon as you know your due date, as our small, friendly groups tend to fill up quickly!

How long is the course and what’s the format?
Our antenatal course runs for 3 weeks:

  • Week 1: One joint online session (2 hours)

  • Weeks 2 & 3: Four in-person sessions (2.5 hours each), split between birthing and non-birthing partners

Just yourselves! We provide everything else you need for a relaxed and supportive class experience.

Will I get resources to take home?
Yes! You’ll receive practical tools, handouts, and links to support you during and beyond the course.

What if I can’t make a class or session?
Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds or make-up sessions, but we’ll share the key resources and handouts so you don’t miss out.
